I Give Up Part 2

After a dip in the infinity pool and a rest, I felt much better. I also looked up Saigon weather. It will be 100 but humidity will be in the 50% range and it cools off at night. I think I can live with that. Not sure about the other places tho.
‘When I texted my tech expert, my son, I asked why the photos wouldn’t transfer. He said, I dunno, try turning them both off and back on. He is brilliant! It worked. So I’m giving you the photos from today. The flowers are nice. There is one photo I call eggplant. They put egg shells on the sharp spikes so people won’t get stuck by them. Very ingenious. There are a couple pix of the band and dancers. One was a boy about 9years old who was pretty good. The top photo is morning off the balcony and there is a sail away sunset photo of Bunny. Loved the truck loaded up.
Guess I can’t post twice in one day.. Tomorrow is an at sea day so you know it will be the usual. I’ll post this in the AM, for me, evening for you.

Now it’s Wednesday afternoon. We got an itinerary for the India Overland trip. The only problem is we only get 1 hour to see the Taj Mahal in the middle of the day when the light is bad and it will be really hot. Bunny has opted out, I’m still in limbo. Chris says go for it, it’s my one and only chance. There will be a single supplement if I go alone. So I’m in a quandary. I’ll have to make up my mind soon. The group who were already booked get to see the Taj in the evening and in the morning so that upset us a bit. Their itinerary is different. Plus we are working on an off ship trip in Africa. We had to give 1,2,and3 choice of excursions with the ship so no guarantee we’ll get what we want. I know…..we shouldn’t be upset at having such 1st world problems! It will all work out in the end. If it’s not worked out, it is not the end. That’s a line from the Marigold Hotel.
