On the way to Namibia.

We missed the first port in Namibia and are on our way to Wallace Bay tomorrow. Because we lost so much time , we will have only one excursion to a National Park we’ll leave at 4:00ish after another face to face immigration in the theater. Who knows what time we will actually leave!

Today was an unexpected sea day. It is also Bunny’s birthday. A member of our trivia group asked Michael., the assistant cruise director to sing Happy Birthday to her. He waited til the end of the trivia time , but he came and sang to her. She said because of that, people were saying Happy Birthday to her all day. Tonight we had a dinner party for 12 in the private dining room of the Italian restaurant. It was very good and a good time was had by all. Everyone brought her a gift which was very nice.
‘We went to see the last half of the show this evening. He is a very good singer. I don’t have any pictures of the party. I forgot to send them to iPad from the phone. Actually, I’m too tired to wait for them to upload! I’ll show some tomorrow. In the meantime, I’ll send a few animal pix. They might be repeats, but it’s fun to see them again.

The lines on the white antelopes are fence wires. They were in the neighboring animal preserve.
